KLAS Recognizes Office Ally as One of the Nation's Top Clearinghouses in the Medical Industry
For the Second Consecutive Year, Office Ally Achieves Highest Score in "Money's Worth" and "Promise Keeping" in Study that Covers Service, Support and Claims Management Tools
SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 10, 2013--
KLAS, one of the best-known and most widely respected healthcare research firms, has rated Office Ally one of the nation's top two clearinghouses, according to a just-issued comprehensive report on the medical industry. Office Ally is the only organization in the country offering healthcare providers a full suite of revenue-cycle management services.
For the second year in a row, Office Ally received a perfect 100 percent score in "promise keeping," and 100 percent of its clients said that they would buy from Office Ally again. Overall, Office Ally was the highest of all firms surveyed in eight critical categories including overall client satisfaction, top value, and workflow tools and capabilities.
In preparing the report, KLAS spoke with 753 providers in an effort to understand how their clearinghouse services are performing, the quality of the tools given to them, and how clearinghouses assisted with the 5010 migration. "While ambulatory clearinghouse services are becoming more commoditized, key areas of differentiation in the market still exist--primarily in service, offered tool-set functionality, and ability to maintain high performance during regulatory changes," the report said. It then cited Office Ally for being "among the best with both top-tier service and highly rated claims-management tools."

Now ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 Certified as a Complete EHR
Office Ally Announces ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 Certification of Its Electronic Health Records System, EHR 24/7
Designation from the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology Opens Door for Providers to Receive Stimulus Funding
VANCOUVER, Wash.--Office Ally announced today that its electronic health records (EHR 24/7, v. 3.6.0) product is 2011/2012 compliant and was certified as a Complete EHR by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT®). The 2011/2012 criteria supports the Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The U.S. government is encouraging a movement toward electronic health records as a way to foster improvements in healthcare quality, safety, efficiency and access.
The certification program tests and certifies that Complete EHRs meet all of the 2011/2012 criteria and that EHR Modules meet one or more – but not all – of the criteria approved by the secretary of health and human services for either eligible provider or hospital technology. It does not represent an endorsement of the certified EHR technology by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services nor does it guarantee the receipt of incentive payments.
In order to be eligible for government funding under the 2009 economic stimulus package, providers must use EHR technology that has been certified to allow providers to achieve “meaningful use.” These are categorized by the U.S. government as technology that improves care coordination, reduces healthcare disparities, engages patients and their families, improves population and public health, and ensures adequate privacy and security. The certification received by Office Ally fulfills this requirement....For complete press release click here<
